Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the ncp151 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) as the official currency. Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name.
Deposit Limits & Conditions
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your chosen payment method. Users are advised to check the current limits in the deposit section of their account. All deposits are subject to security checks carried out by our system to ensure transaction integrity.
Fund Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed via the same payment method used for your original deposit, subject to ncp151's current policies. Withdrawals may require additional identity verification before processing, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. ncp151 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing if there are signs of unusual activity on the account in question.
Failed or Disputed Transactions
In the event of a failed or disputed transaction, users must contact the ncp151 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period may not be processed. All decisions made by ncp151 regarding transaction disputes are final.

Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software code, and materials on the ncp151 platform are the exclusive property of ncp151 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ncp151.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ncp151 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms and conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform in a manner that could harm other users or ncp151 itself.

Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ncp151 platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
